PIHMA CPED presents a three-day course that will cover basic and advanced protocols and techniques in Facial Acupuncture. This course is taught by renowned Facial Acupuncturist, Michelle Gellis, and includes training in: facial acupuncture, facial cupping, microneedling, facial gua sha, contraindications, precautions, diagnosis, and treatment.

- Advanced techniques-theory protocols, practice
Microneedling: will be an optional add on delivered via recorded webinar. There will be a demo and time for practice on day two Anyone wishing to practice microneedling will need to go to aculiftskincare.com and purchase a microneedle pen system and watch the recorded webinar. The webinar is only available at facialacupunctureclasses.com.

Meet Michelle Gellis

AP, LAcMAc, DiplAc

Michelle Gellis AP LAc MAc DiplAcCertified is an Acupuncture Physician in practice for over 20 years. She is on the Faculty at Yo San University Doctoral Program, and a former Faculty Member and Clinic Supervisor at the Maryland University of Integrative Health since 2003. Michelle Gellis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Seton Hall University School of Business in Computer Science, and a Master of Science Degree in Acupuncture from the Traditional Acupuncture Institute. Internationally renowned as one of the most prominent educators in facial and cosmetic acupuncture, Michelle teaches classes on cosmetic and facial acupuncture, microneedling, facial cupping, gua sha, treating neuromuscular facial conditions, safety, ethics, and the anatomy of expression. She has been published several times in The Journal of Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture Today, the Maryland Acupuncture Society Newsletter and The Acupuncture Desk Reference.
